Securities account management
KELER maintains the following securities accounts:
Consolidated securities account
KELER keeps in the consolidated securities account all the dematerialized securities and the physical securities in fungible custody that are available to its client (by client, by securities type and by securities series).
Central securities accounts
KELER keeps dematerialized securities in central securities accounts (by client, by securities type and by securities series).

In central securities account type ‘A’ KELER keeps the dematerialized securities owned by the client.

In central securities account type ‘B’ KELER keeps the dematerialized securities registered in the securities accounts maintained by its clients (not owned by its client).

In central securities account type ‘C’ KELER keeps dematerialized securities replacing physical securities not submitted for conversion, such securities are held at the disposal of the issuer.
Securities account
KELER maintains dematerialized securities owned by its clients (by client, by securities type and by securities series) in securities accounts.
Individual securities custody account
KELER keeps physical securities in individual custody in individual securities custody account (by client, by securities type and by securities series).
Stock exchange settlement sub-account
KELER keeps stock exchange settlement sub-account of type ‘M’ for its clients, in this sub-account stock exchange transactions are settled and is exclusively for the settlement of transactions in securities owned by the client of KELER’s client.
KELER keeps stock exchange settlement sub-account of type ‘S’ for its clients, in this sub-account stock exchange transactions are settled and is exclusively for the settlement of transactions in securities owned by the client of KELER.
