The task of Treasury is to invest—simultaneously ensuring KELER’s continuous liquidity—available and uncommitted funds originating from own and third party sources.
Due to its business relationships, Treasury represents KELER in the interbank money and government securities markets.
Among the services provided to customers, the task of Treasury upon the use of covered settlement loans is to support trading and the creation of lending deals (even as a dealing party, if there is a need). Treasury also assumes a role in the administration of constrained measures (constrained purchase and sale).
