Information on the procedure of share related events in December
Dear Partners,
This is to inform you that due to the transactions proceeding from the amendment of Act No. CLXXXVII 76 / C of 2012, on 27 and 28 December 2012, KELER is able to process the share related events only through the eDEMAT system. eDEMAT is a new, internet-based application of KELER, which enables its users to arrange their demat events in a quick and easy way simplifying their processes.
Should a Partner wish to initiate dematerialised shares in a demat procedure with personal presence, the full documentation of the procedure has to be delivered to KELER Ltd. until 14 December 2012 (Friday). The orders arriving after that deadline will be processed in January 2013.
